Self Catering Apartments & Holiday Accommodation
The holiday apartments, garden suites, cottages and holiday houses at Ascot Gardens are situated in a beautiful one acre garden (which has appeared on BBC TV’s Gardeners World). The garden has magnificent plants and trees, stunning water features and is home to a variety of bird species, fish, frogs and squirrels.

Within 5 minutes drive of the M3 motorway connecting to all the Cape Peninsula attractions within a 30 minutes drive

Standard, Superior, Grande, Deluxe and Luxury Holiday Apartments and Houses/Villas
The different standards and prices, are dependent on seasons , ( from R 350 to R 890/unit per night for a 2- 4 sleeper, and from R1200 to R1580/unit/night for a 3 bed , 2 bathroom house ,sleeping 6-8 persons) to R 1800 to R 3030/house/night for entire house for sleeping 10-15 persons.

All units have their own DSTV satellite TV (80 channels), DVD’s, bedside clock radios and safes. Guests have free access to 24 hr broadband wireless and fixed internet, pre-paid telephone, library, laundry facilities, secure off street parking and a swimming pool with sun lounges.

We long stay discounts for 21 nights, less 10 % and 56 nights,less 20 %. Minimum 2 nights or longer bookings accepted only. Special discounted rates for stays of 3 months or longer, depending on season.

Directions to Ascot Gardens

• Directions to Ascot Gardens from Cape Town Airport or from Cape Town/Waterfront on the M3
•  Take the Cape Town exit over the bridge onto the N2. Travel towards TABLE MOUNTAIN on the N2 to CAPE TOWN for approximately 11 km . 
• GO past the M5 Muizenberg/ Mowbray turnoff, DO NOT take the turnoff but move over to the left hand lane.
• Then, take the next turnoff which says M3 Muizenberg (The M3 is the main connecting road form the Waterfront and Cape Town city centre to Bergvliet and the Southern Suburbs).
• Continue on the M3 (approx 10km) and take the LADIES MILE M 39 EXIT off ramp. Turn right at first traffic lights and continue down LADIES MILE ROAD  At the traffic circle take the first exit left. 
•  A school will now be on your right hand side and further down on your left will be a shopping centre. Follow the road around the school. The road you are on now is HEERENGRACHT AVENUE
• Turn left at the stop street, this is Bergvliet Road.Turn 1st right into Jeffcoat Avenue, and continue along Jeffcoat Avenue approximately 400 metres  Ascot Lodge (Jack, Queen and King Suites ) are on the left hand side at 17 Jeffcoat Avenue (Ring office Bell at Gate) 
• For Ascot Villa (For African, Fountain and mountain Suites) turn left at next corner into Hiddingh Road  Ascot Mews (Duchess, Royal and Duke Suites) is second house on left, 28 Hiddingh Road (ring office bell) 
• For Ascot House, (2/3 Bedroom House, Poolside and cottage suites) continue along Hiddingh and turn first left into Eksteen Avenue, and the second house form the corner on the left is 6 Eksteen Avenue (ring office bell)  The office, home of your hosts, Lesley and Barry Edkins is at no 8 Eksteen Avnue on the corner of HIDDINGH ROAD.
