Each individually decorated, secluded room has an en-suite bathroom and private veranda offering sweeping views ? the rooms have been named after the Big 5, and the dr combines slate, natural wood and local natural materials, to give an authentic African setting for the perfect, tranquil holiday.
It?s an ideal and intimate venue for groups, friends and honeymooners. From the moment you first arrive in your room you?ll realise that everything possible has been done to make your stay as special and spectacular as possible.

Directions to Idwala Game Lodge
When driving from Port Elizabeth, follow the N2 to Grahamstown. After about 51km, you will come to a junction, keep left and follow the signs for Grahamstown.
Shortly after you’ve crossed the Bushman’s River, you will notice a turn off for Sidbury to your left.
Drive along the road for 7km’s until you see the sign for IDWALA LODGE on your right. Follow the road until you see the house and Reception area where we will be waiting to meet you.
